Where we started

Beyond Stays started as a single Airbnb in Manchester in 2023. It grew into a portfolio managing over £2.5m of client property across the city: central Manchester apartments, a Rolls Crescent townhouse in Hulme, and a family home in Old Trafford. It grew because we treated every property like it was our own, reported every number honestly, and thought like an operator who owned the outcome.
